Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective items. Each item is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed, so we are unable to restock or resell returned merchandise.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or otherwise incorrect due to a production issue, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
A clear photo of the defect or damage
A photo of the shipping container and/or packing slip
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We may ask that you dispose of the defective item rather than return it.
If you receive the wrong size or item compared with your original order, we will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
A photo of the item received
A photo of the packing slip
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Replacements will be based on the size, color, product, and design selected in the original order.
Apparel and other printed products may vary slightly during production. A size variation of up to 2 inches in any dimension is considered within normal manufacturing tolerance.
An item is considered size defective only if its measured dimensions differ from the published size chart by more than 2 inches in any dimension.
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to:
Selecting the wrong size
Selecting the wrong color
Entering an incorrect shipping address
Changing your mind after purchase
Ordering the wrong product or design
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Refunds are not provided for made-to-order items unless we determine that a replacement cannot reasonably be provided.
When an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, our standard remedy is to send a replacement item rather than issue a refund.
To report an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the information and respond with next steps.
