Silent But Digital Designs LLC sells made-to-order products. Each item is produced after an order is placed and is fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partners.
We do not ship products directly from our business location. Production, packing, shipping method selection, and carrier handling are managed through our print-on-demand fulfillment service and its shipping partners.
Shipping is included in the product price.
Because shipping for each item is quoted as a flat rate by our print-on-demand fulfillment service, we have already factored shipping costs into our product pricing. We do not charge an additional shipping fee at checkout unless otherwise stated.
All products are made to order. This means your order must be produced before it is shipped.
Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, supplier workload, seasonal demand, inventory availability, and other fulfillment factors. Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers are selected by our print-on-demand fulfillment service.
We do not choose the shipping carrier, and we have extremely limited ability to influence shipping method, routing, delivery timing, carrier handoff, or other shipping details once an order is in progress.
Once an order has been submitted for fulfillment or shipped, we generally cannot intervene with the carrier or redirect the package.
We cannot guarantee changes to:
Shipping carrier
Shipping method
Delivery route
Delivery date
Delivery address after fulfillment has started
Package interception or rerouting
If tracking information is available, it will be provided when the order ships.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, seasonal shipping volume, customs processing, local delivery conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, returned packages, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may not be able to reship the item without an additional charge.
Because products are made to order, returned packages do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Once a package is marked as shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and the carrier before contacting us.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery or marked delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the shipping container and/or packing slip
A brief description of the problem
If we verify that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We may ask that you dispose of the defective item rather than return it.
Items in the same order may ship separately. This can happen when products are produced by different facilities, require different packaging, or are fulfilled at different times.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
If international shipping is available, delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local import requirements.
