Online Store Terms

Products and Made-to-Order Items

Our products are made to order. This means each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for non-defective items. Please review product descriptions, size charts, colors, designs, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Product images, mockups, and colors are provided for reference. Actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, print method, production process, and material.

Custom and Personalized Products

Some products may include custom, personalized, or made-to-order elements. Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before checkout, including spelling, sizing, color choices, product selections, uploaded files, shipping information, and any personalization details.

We are not responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel custom orders that include content we determine to be unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion.

Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Unavailable products or production issues
Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
Content or customization requests we determine are inappropriate
Violation of these Terms of Service

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing and Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for product changes, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production time and delivery time may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, seasonal volume, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

You must provide:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A photo of the shipping container and/or packing slip
A brief description of the problem

If we verify that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent. We may request that you dispose of the defective item rather than return it.

Our standard remedy for verified defects or fulfillment errors is replacement, not refund.

Size Tolerance

Apparel and other printed products may vary slightly during production. A size variation of up to 2 inches in any dimension is considered within normal manufacturing tolerance.

An item is considered size defective only if its measured dimensions differ from the published size chart by more than 2 inches in any dimension.

Refunds and Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for non-defective items.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for customer ordering errors, including but not limited to:

Selecting the wrong size
Selecting the wrong color
Ordering the wrong product or design
Entering an incorrect shipping address
Changing your mind after purchase

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product images, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Silent But Digital Designs LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or use our content, artwork, or designs without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us, including text, images, designs, files, reviews, comments, or other materials, you confirm that you own the content or have the legal right to use it.

You agree that your submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party and does not violate any law.

By submitting content to us for a custom order, you grant us permission to use that content as needed to produce and fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving submitted content that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, these Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing, or other business functions.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to those third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, delays, policies, or practices of third-party service providers.

Payment

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is declined, disputed, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
